Mediation

What Is Mediation?

Mediation is when an impartial person facilitates communication between to parties. This can be for a divorce settlement, pre-nuptial agreement, or other family law matter. Generally, mediation is voluntary, but occasionally, you may be required to attempt a civil mediation before going to court.

Mediation will be more convenient, comfortable, and affordable than court in most cases, and if both parties are willing, can be much faster than full court proceedings.
